Uncharted Summits is committed to ethical climbing practices and proudly collaborates with the Kilimanjaro Porters Assistance Project (KPAP) to ensure fair treatment of our porters.
By working alongside KPAP, we adhere to fair wages, proper working conditions, and ethical treatment, providing porters with appropriate wages, meals, and gear.
We undergo regular monitoring by KPAP to uphold these standards, ensuring that every trek is not only a remarkable adventure for climbers but also a fair and dignified experience for the hardworking porters who make it possible.

The vision focuses on moving individuals and communities from “Desperation to Aspiration”, creating a pathway to resilience, stability, and opportunity in regions affected by poverty, trafficking, conflict and disaster.
Poppy’s Light Foundation will offer support to children through holistic interventions. With an additional advancing health offer to prevent young sudden cardiac deaths in our region through awareness, screening and research, and support for affected families
Anthony Nolan is the charity that makes lifesaving connections between people with blood cancer and incredible strangers ready to donate their stem cells. We’re saving lives right now. Three lives a day, in fact.
Founded in 1967, we became a registered charity in 2006, and we maintain our original mission to this day: to support people with stomas and those who care about them. We exist to make a positive difference for anyone impacted by any kind of stoma or stoma surgery.
We work with one of the best and most qualified ground teams in Tanzania, Tanzania Escapades, who for over 10 years have supported not just many groups of happy summiteers, but also the Tanzanian Royal Family for the past 4 years in a row.
